Working alongside her is her husband AJ, affectionately known as Papa Feta. After years of living in Greece and mastering its cuisine, his passion inspired the creation of this restaurant in 2021. Together, Eman and AJ carefully craft every dish, blending fresh ingredients and bold flavors into something extraordinary.
Beyond the kitchen, our family team includes Semon and Maryam, who lead business development and guest relations. Their mission is to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for, striving to create an atmosphere where everyone is treated like family.
